2、是否最惠國(guó)確認(rèn)

最惠國(guó)待遇在國(guó)際貿(mào)易學(xué)中指締約國(guó)一方現(xiàn)在和將來(lái)給予任何第三國(guó)在貿(mào)易、關(guān)稅、航運(yùn)、公民法律地位等優(yōu)惠和豁免，也都給予締約國(guó)對(duì)方國(guó)家。享有最惠國(guó)待遇的國(guó)家稱(chēng)為受惠國(guó)，依據(jù)多是一項(xiàng)雙邊或多邊條約的規(guī)定。目前WTO的164個(gè)成員相互給予最惠國(guó)待遇。
